Most people know that 2020 has been a pretty rough year. The pandemic has affected all of us; and those getting married in 2020 have been hit extra hard.
That being said, there were also good parts of 2020. For us, we got to welcome our first son into the world and spend a lot more time with him than we thought we would. Our original plans were to shoot a wedding 2 weeks after his due date, but instead he was born the day before the first lockdown, and we got to spend every day with him for the first three months of his life.
We’ve also still been able to work through most of our season this year too, and have had the most wonderful couples who’ve rolled with all the changes & accommodated us. For all of the couples who had to make the heartbreaking decision to postpone their day, our hearts will always go out to you too. No decision is ever made lightly when it comes to one of the most special days of your life. We can’t wait to be a part of so many wonderful days in the year ahead!
