Recently we took a small vacation away, and whilst we were in the UK we had the chance to meet up with one of Dave’s old friends, Richard. It’s honestly been far too long since we’ve seen each other, (probably about 4 years!) so it was great to catch up and kick the dirt with each other. We did however use our meet up as an excuse to get out for a photoshoot with Richard and his girlfriend, Lizzie. Just half an hour outside of Sheffield in the Peak District you can find a place called Winnat’s Pass. It’s an extremely steep valley with a road snaking through the middle of it. The one thing you have to look out for is that it becomes a huge wind-funnel, and we did not come prepared. Fortunately though Richard and Lizzie were more than happy to keep each other close for warmth, and afterwards we wrapped everything up with a solid pub lunch, so all in all braving the cold wasn’t too bad!
